About us

Marmēro Retreats is a small independent business based in Greece. Our retreats are limited to a small number of attendees and thus every reservation is important to us. The following terms and conditions are in place to ensure the viability of the organised retreats.

Payment Policy

To reserve your spot at a Marmero retreat you are required to complete a non-refundable deposit of five hundred euros (500€) for 4-night and 6-night retreats or of three hundred euros (300€) for a 2-night retreat. Only once we have received your deposit or proof of payment, your reservation will be officially confirmed. By making your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Reservation deposits (minus a 100€ re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee, 30 days or more prior to the original start date. Full balance is due 6 weeks before the start date of retreat. Please keep in mind that if we do not receive the remaining payment on time, we will have no choice but to forfeit your deposit and make your spot available again. If the booking is made within 6 weeks prior to the retreat’s start date, then the booking amount must be paid in full. Our prices are charged per person and do not include flights and/or any other travelling costs.

Cancelation Policy: Guests

To secure the viability of our retreats we have a cancellation policy in place. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. If a booking is cancelled within 4-6 weeks prior to the retreat start date, 50% of the total payment (less deposit) will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to the retreat start date no refund will be offered.
Exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No discounts or refunds are offered if you are unable to attend the entire retreat, this includes, but is not limited to, arriving on a later date or leaving on an earlier date, even if due to unforeseen circumstances. It is not possible to arrive prior to or depart later than the scheduled dates of the retreat. Marmēro Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.Booking cancellations can only be made in written form via email.
